• If the character has clothing designs, armor, weapon or detailed accessories that requires significant more time to work on.
Add-Ons:
• Ornament(frame) background +$30
• Complex background +$80

Commercial Use:
• 60% of the commission value will be charged as a fee.
• The final commission price will be the result of the sum: 60% + the value of the full commission (including the additional).
Information
• If it is for commercial use, for what purpose will you use the art?
• What is the type you chose? (bust, half, full)
• Attach references of how you would like the art, such as: pose, clothing, physical characteristics, etc.

• Payments are done via invoice through Paypal.

1. RIGHTS & USAGE
A. Artist Rights
I. The Artist reserves ownership and all rights to the commissioned artwork (the Work) including: the right to use the Work for advertising, redistribution or reproduction.
B. Client Rights
I. Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use.
II. Client must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist.
C. Commercial Rights
I. Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist’s websites (i.e. book cover, bookmark, stickers, book illustration) or as agreed upon.
II. The fee percentage depends on the scope and term of use as well as on the commission volume. So, it can vary from project to project.
2. ENGAGEMENT
A. Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.
B. Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist’s best knowledge.
C. Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.
D. The deadline for such cooperation shall never be longer than 3 business days after receiving an email with the materials from the Artist, otherwise the current stage of the Work shall be considered approved by the Client.

3. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
A. Artist will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
B. Specific restrictions include but are not limited to furries, mechs, explicit adult content, gore, devilish.
C. Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence), ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
4. TIMELINE AND PROCESS
A. Work completion requires 1 month minimum and may take up to 2 months depending on each project.
B. Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
C. Artist provides progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily.
D. Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using the Google Drive or similar file transfer tools.
E. If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.
5. REVISIONS
A. Major revisions are allowed to the Client during the sketch process.
B. After painting process is started, only minor revisions are allowed.
C. Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
D. Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
6. COMMUNICATION
A. Communication channels may include private messages, Facebook, Instagram or e-mail, according to Artist discretion.
7. PAYMENTS & FEES
A.The payment is required upfront, invoices must be paid within 7 days, or the project may be cancelled.
B.If the commission price is over $300, you can choose a split payment option: 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch approval. Please notify me in advance.
Paypal: the invoice will be in R$ (Real Brasileiro). A transaction fee of ~5% will be added on top of the price (also be mindful of Paypal currency conversion fees).
C. Invoices link will be sent to the Client when Artist is ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before these requests for payment from the Artist.
D. Payment method is via PayPal.
8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
A. The Client may cancel the commission at the sketch stage before approval. In case the commission was paid in full upfront, a partial refund of 45% will be issued.
B. The artist will only refund the amount It got after cutting off the PayPal fees (5% fee).
C. No refunds are possible after the sketch phase unless initiated by the Artist.
D. If Artist cannot complete work for unforeseen reasons, the Client may be eligible for a full refund (the fee amount will be deducted from the value).
E. The Client may not use the Work materials (sketch, design) if the commission was canceled.
F. The Artist reserves the right to use discarded sketch materials from canceled commissions for the future personal work.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
A. If the Work is defined as confidential, the Artist agrees to temporarily delay public display of the Work at the request of the Client until such time the public display is permitted (the NDA note shall be included in the commission request). Additional fees may apply.
10. ACCEPTANCE
A. Client is 18+ years old and having read the Terms and Conditions.
B. Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.Note: Businesses, agencies, groups and other organizations should contact the Artist to discuss arrangements in more detail.
